David Horth, Owner/Broker

David began his career in real estate as an investor in 1983 by purchasing property in southern Broad Ripple, now called SoBro. After attending Purdue University, David returned to Indianapolis and began a career in industrial construction, eventually owning three firms that specialized in construction, environmental remediation, and hazardous materials management and transportation. Throughout these years, David continued his activity as a real estate investor and developer of a variety of projects. He sold his construction businesses in 1998 to concentrate full-time on commercial real estate.

Sensing a demand for a different approach to commercial real estate brokering, David launched Quest Commercial Real Estate in 2003 and added third-party brokering to his real estate activities. With a firm commitment to always looking out for the best interests of his clients, David has brokered several million dollars in commercial transactions.
